I can't believe that the OP, can't believe that there are some of us out here that have no issues with the Safari browser. I can't even remember what it was like to use EXPLODER! Talk about slow, buggy and downright not-being-compatible with anything Mac...

if your are talking about windows mobile Internet explore then all I have to say is that explorer does suck when it comes to how slow it was to render websites or how awfull job it did displaying sites but it did NOT CRASH so much like safari does. I think safari is the best browser on a mobile phone but it needs fixing big time! Like I said it's the most unstable software on the iPhone

I think this is useful advice.

That's pretty sad, actually, but there it is.

My safari used to crash about 15-20 times a day. By following this advice it "only" crashes about 4 times per day.

So...better. But still pretty lame.

see that's the thing even when I let safari load the entire page and I'm reading it out of no where it just crashes! The page has fully loaded and it still crashes! Even on no complex websites. I hope 2.2 is not just cosmetic changes on safari

I can personally confirm that the website can be the problem. TUAW.com a has wreaked havoc on the iPhone since day one. They finally responded with i.tuaw.com which resolves the problem.

Just don't put it ALL on Apple's end.
