iPod touch i hate the ipod's battery

i am very happy with my ipod touch battery. i use it for audio, pictures and sometimes video. i also surf internet when there is wifi around.
apple rated audio for: 22 hours
apple rated video for: 7 hours
apple never set standard for jailbreaking games... wonder why. don't get your pants up your crack for an unsupported software eating up battery. i am not sure if the ipod will ever be a great gaming platform, but if you bought it for that, you made a big first mistake that will likely have you twitching in your pants for a long time.
I get: Audio 25-28 hours
Video: have no idea.
wifi: 3-4 hours
