I originally bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max, used it for a week and switched to the iPhone 11 Pro, using Apple's 2 week return policy. I feel like I didn't give the Pro Max enough time and sorta wish I kept it as the screen is just too perfect and the size of the phone doesn't seem bulky in my hands. What's the best way to switch to the 11 Pro Max now, eBay or are there other options?

Thanks!

If you're not within the 14 day return window you could sell on Swappa(what I use) or craigslist. I have no experience with eBay so can't give you any opinions on selling a phone there..

Unless it’s within the 14 today’s of purchase I’d just wait til the next model comes out lol.

I have thought about it, that would be the only way of not taking a $500AUD hit here plus the $150 extra for the pro Max now, unless you can find a used for what or near what you can sell the 11 pro for.

I had success on Let Go app. Naturally, you're going to take a hit, but at least you'll get what you want 🤷🏾‍♂️

Stop the switching back and forth nonsense. Enjoy what you have. The next model will be out soon enough.

Someone had to say it...

Not everyone updates yearly so need to get it right, right?

OP is probably gone. But there is ways around this. I can get a brand new sealed pro max 256 gold for $200 more than i can sell my 11 pro 256gb for, so here in AUD max was $150 more new so only losing $50 and getting full warranty again.
If it was SG i would jump on it but it's Gold :(

You do realize you have 14 days with the 11 Pro. Are you beyond the 14 days? Sell and repurchase or wait for 12 Pro Max.

What color storage capacity and does it have apple care ? I have a pro max space gray 256 gb with AppleCare and would love the smaller pro

Resell value is pretty great with iPhones. If you don't mind losing out on $150-$200 to be happy for another 8-9 months, then just sell it and buy a Max.

It is a 256 space grey without AppleCare. I believe my window just expired, as it just disappeared as I went to in my "about" section.

I have returned many iPhone's that are outside the 14 day period. Call their customer service or start a chat from Apple's website. Ask them for a onetime return and let them know you are purchasing another iPhone and I am sure they will send you a return label. You have nothing to loose.

September will be here before you know it. If you can't return it, you should wait. Even if you don't want any iteration of the 12, you could likely get a better deal on the 11 Pro Max due to a new model released.

^This has been known to work, especially when you make it clear you want to purchase another iPhone, not just looking for a refund. If this doesn't work and you intend to sell it I've always had good luck with Swappa.

Clearly speaking of returning an iPhone after the 14 day window.

If it was myself and I couldn’t return it, I’d take the loss on the chin and get the pro max. The next iPhone is still a good while away yet. I’m a heavy phone user so I’d be happy to do that if it meant I would get what I wanted and enjoy the phone more

see their last comment re in about settings, that shows how long you have left to get apple care,, not the return window lol.

With all due respect, I truly have no idea what you're talking about. OP wants to return his/her Pro for a Pro Max and appears to outside of the 2 week window. His/her question has nothing to do with AppleCare+.
As stated by @bcontorno Apple has been known to make exceptions with returns after the 2 week window has passed. That's what I agreed with, as I've had that happen with me as well. Nothing about AppleCare+ referenced here at all.

Really, please explain what the OP is talking about here then?

I was talking to the guy about my AppleCare situation since he was speaking of swapping.

Thanks for clarifying, as i thought but couldn't get it through to the other poster, there is nothing in about settings to tell when your 14 day return window is up.
