But I don't get it. Hovering it once inch away from the terminal is fine but actually tapping it makes you look like a dumbass?

It's called hyperbole, exaggeration, and attention seeking. Might as well invoke the overused and now silly and meaningless "--gate" and "first world problem", both of which make me want to vomit.

In any case, I used the watch at four different apple pay terminals. It worked perfectly without having to touch the terminal.

off topic, but at 1:15 the card will do a swipe animation while on the actual watches it just fades in. It looks so much better swiping in, I wonder if they will put it back :/

Won't it swipe between the cards if you have more than one on the watch? I can't try this because I only have one Visa (I mostly use DiscoverCard).

You can swipe between cards, but the first card animation is still not there no matter how much cards you have. And they just vertically swipe through. I really wanted that cool dive in place animation :/
