I miss my PowerMac G5

November 2008, my G5 wouldn't turn on. October 2009, I purchased a Macbook Pro. I love it, that I realized how much I miss my G5. So I went to storage got the machine out, dusted it off and took it to get fixed at tekserve in NYC. Big surprise, Apple replaced everything for free.😀

Now my drives and I still can't boot! 😡 I could put the computer in target mode but no welcome screen. After messing around with it a bit more, the video card for some reason doesn't want to power my 23acd. HMMMM. So I temporarily traded monitors with my dad.

Now my G5 has 2TB worth of internal storage, and sounds like a jet engine taking off. Oh the sweet melody!!!!😀

The only way this thing is leaving me is when they pry it from my dead cold hands!!!

liquid cooled? If they fixed it and it still doesn't work take it back! I had my G5 replaced with an 8-core 2.93 before Christmas.
