I need help with resizing my screen

I have had my Powerbook G4 for a few years now and everything has been working well. When I turned it off yesterday everything looked normal. But when I turned it on this morning, everything was huge. All the tool bars, the screen,, everything is blown up. This is really inconvenient and hard to read... how can I return my Mac to normal and make everything small again? Thanks
