Website Making (iWork)

First of all, if you want to configure a new one the way you want it, you won't be able to "walk out of the mall" with it as the Apple Stores only carry stock models. And second, not that I'm trying to sound like a d*ck or anything, but if you already knew that you wanted to buy a new one, why did you ask us if you should buy a new or refurbished model?

I brought up refurb in an earlier post and it makes no since not to go refurb... Can any one come up with an argument against refurb?(besides the box) also remember that refurbs can come with free software and stealth upgrades (like more ram or upgraded hd)

I Can Into This Discussion Wanting To Buy A new One. And If I Have To ORDER A NEW one COUSTOM To What I Want I Will. But I Am The Kinda Guy Who Works his Butt Off So he Can Get The nice Things In Life Ya Know? So If I Have To Work A Little Longer For A Specially Made Mac I Will. But If There Is Nothing Wrong WIth The Base Model I Will Just Get That.

okay im not going to argue refurb any more if you don't want that (althugh noone will know it was used besides you) but you should at least get dedicated memory because i think that integrated graphics are on there way out. PLus with all snow leopard promises....
P.S. REfurb are just as "nice things in life" and you are way more likely to get a lemon new model than a lemon refurb

Can Someone Clue Me Into What "Snow Leopard Promises"? Im Not Being Sarcastic I Want To Know. Can Someone Send A Link or Something? Please And thanks

Apple's page for Snow Leopard is here. Generally, Snow Leopard is going to utilize the graphics card a bit better, so the better card you have, the better your experience will be.

I'm going to say that a refurb is a good idea, but if you want it new, go ahead.

If I where you, I would take the low end MBP too if you need it on the road a lot. An iMac give's you more power than a MBP if you stay at your home/office mostly.

Btw, make sure your Shift or Capslock key works fine when you got your new mac, Because It's Very Uncomfortable To Read Your Posts When You Always Type Like That If You Know What I Mean.

Thanks all of you :) you have really helped me ot with so I guess with the money I save with a refurb I will get one to one too! :D

You can also work hard in life to learn proper grammar as well as the ability to avoid capitalizing every single goddamn word.

That and I see you ended up going with the refurb, completely contradicting yourself. Great job.
