Wow, that looks absolutely stunning!

Can you take photos at an angle too? I want to see how you finished off the edges and where. Looks so nice!

Good work :)

Perfect

I really think that all that pseudo-individuality Apple deals with is just another kind of uniform. And that really IS your, and only your, computer. WHAM! I really like it.

montana spray paint and acrylic paint with a krylon clear coat after everything

ive been painting different things up here in lake tahoe ca, goggles snowboards, skateboards, hats you name it. and thought use this computer for my artwork why not make it part of my artwork just to see if i could pull it off and its working so far

Am I being stupid? I can't see any pictures in this thread and I really want to see what it looks like!

Yes there are pictures. Have you tried viewing it in a different browser? :)

That would make sense, I'm at work using &*(^"£$ IE6 and with no rights to install something that works!

Will have to check it on safari when I get home :)

That's just awesome! Nice paint-job and grats for having the guts to paint your PB.

And I thought my plans of buying macstyles were going to make my macbook look unique :p

The pictures are apparently hosted by Photobucket. I assume you're at work or something? They might be blocking photobucket, which would result in you not seeing any pictures. My highschool does that.

I was expecting a bright red laptop with brush strokes and runs. Basically a complete nightmare but although its 'not my thing' I have to agree it looks really good. :)

No need to colour the apple, in my opinion. Especially since it looks like you have already outlined it in white-ish?

The glowing effect, the colour, make it look rather...ethereal. Is it a magic apple? Is it really an apple at all? Does it represent the moon?

Your tree though...hmm. :) They are very tricky to paint. I've been trying to do a decent tree in watercolours for bloody years now. No joy.
