Too darn bad for those despicable bands because I feel up the screen and how it curves smooth around the edges to the back, and then suddenly the bands stop my fluid movement while petting the phone, the sudden change in texture and how the bands protrude out, and the tiny hairline gap around the bands (ewww) gunk gets in there so easily - really - a NO GO for me. Really wanted it to work out but - meh...

The look/feel would cause you to be unhappy with the iPhone 6+ ??? What about its performance? Wonderful screen ?? #####

How about you stop fondling your phone and just use it? :apple:

I thought the bands looked ugly too -- then I realized I have case on, so I never see them.

I have to say I have never once thought about the bands. The reason; I've had it in a case from day one. I LOVE my 6 Plus!!!!!!! By far the best phone I've ever had.

what the bloody hell are you talking about? the bands dont protrude, and theres no gap for crap to accumulate around them.

I appreciate the bands now

The gold and white look the best. The contrast is beautiful

I think "woefully insufficient " is a little hyperbolic. Would I like more RAM so apps stay suspended for longer? Sure, but the phone still performs as well as any flagship on the market whether you use benchmarks or the eyeball test.

benchmarks mean nothing to real world usage
