Too darn bad for those despicable bands because I feel up the screen and how it curves smooth around the edges to the back, and then suddenly the bands stop my fluid movement while petting the phone, the sudden change in texture and how the bands protrude out, and the tiny hairline gap around the bands (ewww) gunk gets in there so easily - really - a NO GO for me. Really wanted it to work out but - meh...

I thought the bands looked ugly too -- then I realized I have case on, so I never see them.

I have to say I have never once thought about the bands. The reason; I've had it in a case from day one. I LOVE my 6 Plus!!!!!!! By far the best phone I've ever had.

    I appreciate the bands now

The gold and white look the best. The contrast is beautiful

I returned the 6 Plus and am keeping my 6. Bands and all. Use a surface case from Sedio so it really does not matter.

Yeah I have no clue what he's talking about, my bands are smooth and have NO gaps at all.

Lol at your understanding of what RAM is.

I guess the 1GB Moto G performs the same as an iPhone 6 huh?

Regardless, 1GB on the 6+ is woefully insufficient.

I might be a freak, but I love the antenna lines.

The thick antenna bands might not be a thing of beauty but they're necessary evil. Otherwise, we'd get Antennagate v2.

I think "woefully insufficient " is a little hyperbolic. Would I like more RAM so apps stay suspended for longer? Sure, but the phone still performs as well as any flagship on the market whether you use benchmarks or the eyeball test.

Agreed. It's hard to compare the new iPhones' dual-core 1.4 Ghz processors against quad-core 2.5 Ghz cpus. :)
