I Reserved...But Gave Them NO Information??

I would suggest once again that you use the iPhone app!

I finally got through this morning... it connected to my account, confirmed i could do an upgrade, had me log into my apple ID, then said "ok your reservation is confirmed!" i even screenshotted from my iPad the confirmation page... yet i have yet to receive an email. A coworker finally got through around 11am Central time and got his email within a minute of the reservation confirmation.

Now when I try to go through the registration process (either via the iPhone app or online) it does not complete. On the app, no matter what I select ends with a pop-up that says "your reservation could not be made at this time."

I'm aware that the email could have either been delayed or lost from this morning's mess, but i'm concerned that i'm somehow partially in the database. Of course... no one is answering any phones to find out (not that i really expected them to).
