I have a similar bug, after I lock the phone and hit the lock button to see the time, it has the old look, but then if I press it again the new look appears, it's not a big deal, but after almost 4 months developing 7.1 this stuff shouldn't happen.

Heck, I can barely notice the difference between the two lock screens anyway.

Just shows how much old junk is contained within the o/s. I mean, why have the code for two lock screens? How much other junk is there bloating this thing out?

I agree with you on this, noticed the other space is bigger on 7.1? Btw I always to a DFU restore without backup on every iOS release

I didn't have room on my phone for 7.1 so I wipe it clean installed it and then did a icloud back up. I just hope apple fixes it.
