Yes, food poisoning goes hand in hand with extreme vomiting.

To the point where you have to throw up, even when your stomach is empty.
It's a terrible experience.

What you are describing is either a very mild form of food poisoning, or something else.

i hate getting food poisoning - cold sweets and lack of energy

all because of that dodgy kebab or KFC😡

Most sweets are cold - they cool in the mould 😛

Vomiting with PSI of a fire hose, and not being to clench your cheeks tight enough to keep from pooping yourself are sure signs of food poisoning.
