vomiting or feeling like you have too, diarrea... sure signs. my brother just got it, and he eats at dunkin donuts every day.

Yes, food poisoning goes hand in hand with extreme vomiting.
To the point where you have to throw up, even when your stomach is empty.
It's a terrible experience.
What you are describing is either a very mild form of food poisoning, or something else.

i hate getting food poisoning - cold sweets and lack of energy
all because of that dodgy kebab or KFC
Most sweets are cold - they cool in the mould
Vomiting with PSI of a fire hose, and not being to clench your cheeks tight enough to keep from pooping yourself are sure signs of food poisoning.
