Well, 7 is quite a departure from 6 in many ways. And 6 didn't really change much from 5.
Yah it is I agree!

As far and lag goes, yes, it lags a tad in zooming animation. However, expect that to improve as Apple doesn't generally optimize until near the final release.
i'm glad you where able to downgrade with no problem. go to the apple developer forum and there are a lot of people having problems.
Yah I noticed that too and almost started to get weary during the process! But they must not be doing something right!
Slow, lag, whatever. That's what people are talking about.I don't think it's actually "lag" with the animations, as much as all the animations are very slow.
On my phone, the animations between apps, opening and closing, etc. are all very smooth, they are just way too slow. I expect Apple to speed this up in future releases, as I've heard many people complaining about this.

Oh I see. Yeah, could be either or.I wasn't correcting your wording, mainly pointing out that I think this was a design choice to make it this slow instead of a bug making it slow, so it should be much easier to fix!
Sorry to say but I had just spent some time with it today and while I really did enjoy it .. It just wasn't worth giving up some patience for crashing apps and faster speed that you get with the iPhone 5! Unfortunately it's a deal breaker for me and to be honest I don't remember iOS 6 beta 1 being this buggy! Yes I understand its a beta once again guys, which is fine.. But it seems to have lots of little issues. Enough for me to go back to iOS 6.1.4! I will be back though in about a month to try it out again, when the iOS is more stabilized!
I am still using it. Suprisingly, I have only 1 app that crashes when using it and that's not a frequent used app by me. So far everything is smouth. The only problem is the battery life and the phone getting overheated when being used. I mean the battery % drops ridiculously fast. However I still won't go back to iOS 6.
Do u have the iPhone 5?? And over heating really? Isnt that bad for it?
Yes, it is iPhone 5. Well, I am guessing it is not good for it but then again....the phone is to be used, right?![]()
I heard that too but just can't be bothered! Clean istall means installing an OS from the scratch and not on the top of an existing OS (Not the update kind of thing)
Oh ok, what I did was restore, and than set up as new iPhone. Of course I am right back on iOS 7 lol.. so moral of the story is haha
you already put 7 back on?
Yes *face palm* I guess Im here to stay![]()

It is very buggy. I like being part of watching it improve though. I look at my ipad on iOS 6 and it looks very old though. I can't go back.
Sadly, I'm back to 6.1.4 for the second time
Until this apps work, I cannot use iOS7:
- f5 Edge Client (VPN) never connects
- Banco General (does not log in)
- Skype (cannot IM)
Other not that important, but nice to have it working are:
- IMDB
- CNN
- and PVZ (I love to take care of my Zen garden at night before I go to sleep)
I'm hoping Beta 2 fixes the top 3. I could live with that.
