Do you find it helps you focus more effectively in your life? Or, just a self defense need? :apple:
Great question,
I started martial arts as a method to be more social believe it or not. For years, I was home at night taking care of my little ones while my wife worked night shift. So I worked all day, stayed in the house all night. Once my wife went back to the day shift and my kids were older I wanted some social activity. I'm activity minded, so I wanted some that worked with my desire to keep in shape (I'm a runner at heart). Martial arts offers me physical activity and the I made some great friends. Something about going through a 6+ hour black belt test that really makes great solid friendships. :)

The actual self defense aspect is something that I hope I never need, but I have the self confidence and a wide set of skills to defend against quite a bit, given the Jujitsu and Kempo, the Goju also offers insight in powerful strikes and solid stances.

Thank you. Don’t want to hijack the tread. Very similar to my friends comments. I’ve always been fascinated with the Martial Arts but was never able to train with my friend due to a significant back injury back in 1985.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply. ;)

Just checking - have you lowered the brightness a click (or two)? This has helped extend my S0.
I'll look into that, though I run, and its hard to see in the sunlight as it is, at full brightness.

my S0 still up and running, and still survived for 15-20 hours of use (depend on my style of usage), sadly my S0 won't receive watchOS 5
