Turns out you were right. The matte screen protector was great the first 2 days but when I tried to watch the Gaurdians of the Galaxy movie it looked terrible!

Removed the screen protector and went "wow the iPad has a great screen" lol

I'll stick with the smart case + microfibre cloth.
