Well this we be my first iphone and well I had a package delivered by FedEx on the 15th and thought I could see what I could do to be the first delivery. So as he is making me sign for package I told him I have a deal for him. If he would bring me my package on the 24th first I would kick back with 50 bucks and a 12 pack of beer. The guy winked and said, “I’ll see what I can do..” Looking back at it I must be desperate as hell to get my hands on it. We shall see what happens LOL

lol I don't know how good it would look if he had a 12 pack in his fedex truck the rest of the day - pretty desperate on both sides it looks haha..

It's all just natural to feel this way. What if he wasn't a drinker hahaha.
 
While this is kind of hilarious, do you really think it would make a difference getting it a few hours earlier? I mean you're already waiting a week, whats a couple more hours? Unless you're trying to get in before the activation servers get clogged up...

Most of the time I don't use Fedex rather I use UPS and USPS. Believe I take care of them.

To be honest I'm hedging a bet that I will recieve the day it comes to the local Fedex office not only for activation but also unboxing.
 
Too bad I don't have any packages being delivered to me within the next week. I would probably try to bribe them too, haha.

Or the Fedex driver could be out sick that day and you could get a really grouchy Fedex driver who is pissed that he is having to work extra hours with more volume, married with five kids, two of which are in the hospital racking up huge medical bills and is cursing the day he was born. By the time he gets to your house he could just toss your box out the truck and into the yard, cursing as he goes onto the next house.
 
Good plan.

The FedEx Hub here is about .5 miles from me. I will be able to head up and get it when they start loading the trucks. That's pry the only benefit to being in a small town.

The FedEx driver even has my garage code.

For that money and stuff, you should asked him to deliver the white one. Instead of taking it to apple, he should give you the white iphone.
 
According to FedEX.com I have 2 locations within 3 miles to me it might be delivered from.

1 Ship Center and 1 Express inside USPS.

You think if I call them, they would let me pick it up early in the morning, rather than waiting till late afternoon for delivery?
