I want a white iPhone 6S

I've always had black iPhones, 4S, 5, 5S and now 6. I really want a white one now, waiting for the 6S.

White iPhone owners, why do you like it better than black?
 
To be honest, the 6 is the first time i thought about going from white iphone to black, i love the space grey against the black glass. Still ended up going with white however. The main reason i like it is that to me it goes better with cases, especially since alot of cases come with a black lip, the all black seems boring. Also the home button on the black shows alot of fingerprints that show right back up after cleaning them up. I also love how wallpapers make the white pop more than the black. just my .02
 
After the whole scuff-gate thing with the black iPhone 5's and iPad minis, I've kind of settled on white/silver iphones and black/space gray (or whatever) ipads.

I don't think there is any objective reason to choose one over the other. I think it is just personal preference. I just prefer the the black bezel when using the iPad and the white bezel when using an iPhone.

I'm sure there are plenty of others who feel the opposite.
 
I had the black 3GS, 4, 4s and went white with the 5 which I still have. When I upgrade it will be to a white phone.

With a black phone any other case colour besides black looks odd, to me anyway. With white you can get any colour case and it looks nice. I got bored of the constant black.
 
Went with the Space Gray 6 Plus. I like the black front because it blends in when I'm playing games. I have a case anyways, so the back color is not an issue for me.

White does look nice but I'm not a fan with white fronts. I did had a white 4S though.
 
I currently have the space grey iPhone 6 but part of me deep down wants to get the white 6. My major issue is how the phone will look in my mostly black case selections.
 
Dating back to the iPhone 4, I've typically purchased the white model. I originally purchased the white/silver 5s last year and later sold it in favor of the space gray model. With the 6, I stuck with the space gray model. I guess from owning white/silver iPhone models all these years, I wanted to switch it up for a change.
 
Black bezels always look the best. I went white this time because touch ID looks better on white. Not a deal breaker but I find the 6 looks better in silver or gold.
 
Some like one color some like another and some changer their mind. Completely subjective and different for everyone for their own unique reasons really.
 
I got the white/silver 5 because I thought it went better with my silver iPod Classic and aluminum MBP. I also just liked the look at it was different from my BlackBerry Storm2 which was very black. I do like the look of the space gray 6 though.
 
I like the white. I have had white 5, 5s, and 6. I think my next iPhone will be black, just for a change.
I think white is better without a case and black is more versatile/looks better with a larger variety of cases, if that matters.
 
The biggest reason is I hate how the white phones look when off.

When they're black you get a nice smooth black surface, when they're white you get white glass with a massive black rectangle in the middle.
 
I was bored with black after having black iPhone 4, 5 and 5s and a black iPad 3. Now have white/silver iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 and am loving the change.

I like black bezels but when there is a new color I try it out ; bought the Gold 5s when It came out (then switched back to black with the 6) and now the Gold iPad Air 2 (probably going for Space Grey again with the Air 3).

White bezels are not my style.

I started the 6 Plus with a Gold... then I exchanged it for a larger capacity (64gb) Silver... the white bezel bothered me to no end when watching videos and gaming...

I now have a Space Gray 6 Plus and couldnt be happier...
 
Kind of funny, my wife and I both got our first smartphones on the same day, a pair of 5s's. We wasn't even aware of the color option at the time. For some reason, when the sales associate got our phones, he grabbed a white bezel for her and the black for me. Now after knowing there was an option, she still much prefers her white phone and I much prefer the black. However, next time around I wouldn't let the bezel color take precedence over a good deal.🙂

Same here. After 3 years with my white 4S I am so done with white phones. Too trendy.
 
For me, the black ones are better for movies and viewing media b/c the black bezel doesn't stick out and you get a slightly better overall experience. But like someone said the home button showed fingerprints like crazy. Also for touch ID, on the black phone, you don't see the silver/gold ring around the home button; it all blends together. Could be a good thing if that's what you want.

I went back to white for the 6+ b/c of the silver ring around the home button (I like to see it). White goes better with cases I tend to choose also. I would have been happy with black too, but I just felt tired of black. So it just depends on what you're feeling.
 
I know the saying is once you go black... but for me it's the other way around when. it comes to iPhones but of course everyone has their own taste. the fingerprints on the black one are one thing that annoy me and I like how the TouchID stands out with its silver or gold ring. I even don't mind the white lines on the back of the golden one. they flush great into the front and become like one piece

I am also used to having a white bezel I don't even see it anymore my brain like shuts it off lol plus half the OS is white to it goes well with a white phone imo starting with the keyboard

I think that saying applies to something other than phones! 🙂

I'm pretty indifferent on colors. Have had both and like them both. What's on the screen is ultimately most important.
 
For me , black face . Every launch I order a white iphone . 3 months later I end up with a black one lol. I always find someone in Craigslist that is willing to trade or end up selling it and buying the black one . Not doing that anymore .
