You're screwed.ibookg409 but that's the problem it says i can't because limit is reached
I work as an IT and I had one of the people come to me with a similar issue. She had three apple id's and all kinds of potentials for passwords but no idea what went where.
I called apple support and they were able to straighten it out. You will need all your information to prove it is you. The lady I helped sat by me while I did the talking and finally got her set up.

Buying a new phone would only waste your time rather than resolve your current iCloud issue. Talking to Apple would be the first step in resolving your current issue.Exactly what i did, but in my case, i remember the passwords, i dont remember the usernames i used. I usually put something crazy like dim03567go35 as username, and once i erased the device, i already had it forgotten. It annoys me to a point where i will simply get rid of the phone and buy new one.
Not sure how this would help because he/she would still need to remember the Google account information as most Android phones require a Google account. I think this person just needs to contact Apple directly as there's not much we can do on this website for them. They can also answer questions on what an Apple ID is and why the OP needs an Apple ID. I believe in the other thread somebody provided a phone number for Apple support in Bulgaria, so I'm not sure there's anything else to say at this point...You should go for an Android.
So, it would seem that an Android device would better suit your needs. Perhaps that is the best path for you at this time.Android is much more pleasurable for the common user, Apple seem to make you feel like your life depends on those accounts, God forbid if you get hacked one day. I have even hard time trying to pull out my sim card itself.
I can't speak for Apple support in Bulgaria, but Apple support is usually highly regarded. Apple also usually warranties an iPhone for 1 year regardless of where it was purchased. If you contact Apple Bulgaria using the number I posted in this thread, you will likely need to provide your serial number. From that they can check if you're still under warranty and provide assistance. The thing is the phone is not bough directly from Apple store (there is no apple store in Bulgaria as far as i know), its bought from Tech Hypermarket that is authorized to sell the devices. so i have high concerns that i am on my own on this. I never found artice in Terms and agreements that state your apple id limit.. Maybe you are right iphone is a bit way to complicated for me, all those passcodes, security questions that you need to remember, i am not buying this phone to run company through it. Apple has a lot of support available, either by using the support number or viewing their website. If you're used to Android phones mostly, then you will likely have a learning curve with an iPhone. Unfortunately with where you're at currently you will need to contact Apple for additional assistance.
Seriously OP, instead of continuously messaging on here looking for a miracle take the advice you have been given and give it a rest.
You say you can prove that the phone is yours and you have proof of purchase so what's the problem?
Call the Apple number you have been given, follow their instructions and they will sort you out.
I took my SIM out once. I had to push really hard to get it to eject. It was kinda tricky.

I did it, it really took some pressure, but it ejected
Do you know the odds of picking someone else's username AND password randomly by mistake? You have more chance of winning the lottery .... THREE times!I tried like 50-60 different usernames on icloud (the problem was that the usernames i used was mixture of letters and numbers, and although i had memory of what they should have been i could not guess the right order). Finally. by miracle, i found the username that fitted my password- (of what i believe was the first account i created). Now is it possible that somehow i've recovered someone else's account who by twist of fate used the same password that i did? Can i check when was the icloud account created and to clarify it was really my account?
