So. Better to set up like new AW. I don't know if its working with old backup. But if it does, its mean that problem was with certificate. So you must reactivate it after synchronise finished. Also, i know that you can change language (on iPhone) after. You can try change region and tell us if all is ok. I don't want to risk right now because i spend two days to solve this **** and don't want to synchronise it again)).

Yeah no problem about the changes of region and language ! I'm back on my region on my iPhone and on my AW ! ;)

2 days ! thanks for the help !
The solution is by you ?

Worked for me! Thanks a lot!

This doesn't work for me... Followed the steps, soon as it starts to pair and sync, it goes into the unpairing mode and then unpairs... any thoughts? It says my Apple watch is out of date, asks if I want to update it, skip update and pair/sync, or set up as new tried all the options and then soon as it starts it unpairs. Both the watch and phone are USA English my AW is series 2.

Have you reset before to try ?
If not reset and retry

Guys. I solved the problem. I installed watch os 6 before iOS 13 like the other guys, and i couldn't pair my AW with iPhone properly. So, what you have to do:
1. Reset you AW to factory settings (press and hold "digital crown" and tap "reset").
2. Change your region to USA, and language to English (if it not) on AW (click "i" button).
3. Change your Region to USA and language to English on iPhone.
4. Pair and synchronise your AW.
5. DO NOT CLICK "DIGITAL CROWN" when synchronise finished. Click "OK" button on iPhone, than go to betaprofiles.com and download watchOS 6 beta profile again. Activate it.
6. Your AW will reboot.
7. Now you can click "Digital Crown" on the AW and BE HAPPY.

You know what? I live in Prague. You live In Ukraine. Lets meet in center of slovakia because i need to buy you a ****ing huge drink. You saved my watch!

YOU ARE MY BOSS!!!!!!!

My watch works again. Perfect job and many many thanks!!

Thank you!

Not exactly. I found solution in russian youtube community. I spend a lot of hours and nerves to solve it, also it is hard to understand russian, so i decided to translate and share it with you.

My sister studying in Prague, you can buy her a Hookah)) (Im joking).

Try to delete yours AW from iCloud. Also manual pairing may help.

Haa you Worked hard to find, you're really nice !

For those who update their watch but not the phone...does the Apple Watch work “perfectly” with iOS 12.4?
(Perfectly meaning do you still get notifications etc working successfully?)

Absolutely not... that was the entire point of this thread. The phone needs to be on iOS 13 for a watch on WatchOS 6 to work with it. If you update the watch before the phone then it will break until you update the phone.

No that’s the point of the thread. Since the topic is about the watch and iOS 12. Nobody actually mentioned if they still run iOS 12 and the watch works on watchOS 6.

It worked for me and was pretty easy. I didn't have to have ios 13 right now, but it unbricked my series 4 watch. More of them are hitting YouTube now.

i have the same problem with Ss series 2... Never found any solution 10 days now... I waiting for beta 2

Unfortunately if you can’t pair your watch at all then I don’t think beta 2 will help you. You won’t be able to get beta 2 on the watch without it being paired.

You might be stuck sending it back to apple at this point.
