Put me down for a 13.3" :D
yep - I have one, too ;)

MacBook (I´m pretty sure about that name), Core Solo, brilliant display (13.3"), up to 7 hours of battery life, and priced somewhere around $/€ 899...

aaah - that would just be great.... :D

Before switching I used the original Series X ThinkPad. A 3 pounder, but fantastic for business travel - especially at my age. I strongly believe this type of form factor would be a huge hit - especially in the education market - and might provide for a very attractive price point. Being able to attach to an external display would also be important - my current 15" PB is attached to a 23" display when I'm working in the office. The range I would look for is:

MacBook mini
MacBook (iBook)
MacBook Pro

If all used the Duo from Intel the above would result in an awesome line that would be hard to compete against - especially if all had iSight built in.

I wish there could be a 14.2" widescreen. I pass by some at work all the time, and it's a good portable size for students. 13.3 WS would still be too small for using multiple excel sheets and word files next to eachother comfortably. I like my 15" powerbook, but don't want to have to buy an $1800 laptop for basic student/teacher stuff.

This is somewhat like a black iBook would look like. Unlike Dell etc. Macs would be really glossy/eye catching

Hmmmm, black with the bright white keyboard? Maybe if they made the keyboard and trackpad more like charcoal-grey or something.
