iCal Not Scrolling

I used to be able to scroll through months while in Month view, now I can't. Is there a setting I'm missing?

This is a bug that was in Mavericks too. Put the computer to sleep, then wake it, and scrolling should work again for a awhile.

Bummer, that didn't fix it.

Happens sometimes. I find a restart usually resolves it - it "unsticks" sooner or later. I found the bug persists when using non magic-mouse pointing devices, too.

I'm also not always getting the white dot under the iCal application when it's running. I reported that bug during the beta period.

Wow, that worked for me too on macOS 10.13.6 (using Apple Magic Mouse 1). Why on earth does THAT fix it?! Crazy.
