I unchecked Safari in the iCloud settings on all my devices, waited a few minutes and checked them one at a time and everything is working again.

Bookmark order syncing is a mess as I can’t get them where I want, but at least it’s syncing.

Agreed, that's what's weird here. Usually I get a sound indicating the message has left. Now, I get a green bar on the top that goes from left to right and gets stuck at about 90%, then times out, telling me "not delivered"

That sounds like it’s failing to send the SMS entirely. Might want to try going into airplane mode and coming out or restarting the phone.

Apple Music is totally f'd right now. These frequent outages make me want to move away from iCloud Drive.
Did so a long time ago. Move away from iCloud email as well. Super slow email delivery with silent email filtering. Microsoft fixed both of those problems for me.

Edge fixed all of my Safari issues as well.

I'm finding that I have lost approximately 10,000+ emails from my account dating back to when I was a MobileMe customer. I assume its because of the recent outage as this has just happened. Has anyone else had this problem as well?

Currently, my iPhone 12 shows 2 emails from in November 2021 and email from a week ago but thats the latest it has. Another phone my account is on has one oldest email from February 2021 and then emails from a week ago. My MacBook Pro from 2013 shows no emails from 2021 at all.

When I search for past emails they do show as being in the search results but just not in my current Inbox.

I’m seeing problems again. Remainder aren’t syncing and Bookmarks and other Safari changes are taking several minutes to sync.

The console app shows “Throttler denied operation”, which to me means that there’s too much traffic for Apple’s servers to handle.
