Starting last week I had a bunch of old playlists popping back up in my Apple Music app. But it also not saving changes I've made to ratings and tags of songs.
I have never had this issue until last week
So I will go and update the two hundred or so new songs, the updates look to stick and any delegated playlists vanished.
I will manually sync with my iPhone and all the updates show properly on the phone.
Then in an hour or so the deleted stuff will come back and the tags will revert back.
I've tired also manually selected Update iCloud Music Library

-Library
-Update Cloud Library
I don't have the "Sync Music Library" checked on either of my two other computers and I can't see a setting on my 3 apple TVS where it might be getting the old tags from.
Any day to force my main computer (the only one with Sync Library checked) to sort of be the master library. This had always worked before not sure what is different now.
