Get a real VPN serviceI disabled mine for the moment... but how am I going to look at suspicious websites on my workplace's WiFi now? 😩
you missed the irony in it. visit the apple server website for fun. apple is not in the server business for a reason. we old folks know that, and this is the place to make fun of a tech giant, that cannot see its own feet anymore…In a "serious professional" system, rebalancing the servers is transparent to the clients! They don't need to reboot to get the new routing.
You should stop defending them...
That is odd considering Private Relay only applies to Safari. Internet traffic from all other apps do not/cannot use Private Relay. Are you sure something isn't acting up with your router or ISP?I have been unable to use any online services (apps, YouTube, web browsing) for two days now with Private Relay turned on. Really crazy.
Glad I found this thread. All the settings on my computer seemed to be in order but could not load remote content privately. The Apple System Status page shows issues with iCloud Private Relay. This morning around 11AM PST, I was having trouble loading remote content in Mail but it eventually resolved... sometime around 11:45 AM or so.
