iCloud tabs not syncing

Downgraded to Sonoma 14.7 with Safari 17.6. The tabs are syncing on my Macs automatically again. Let me know when Apple gets it together and patches this yet again

Same here. I've got zombie tabs coming back and none of my four devices want to stay in sync. Force quitting will get most of what is live on other devices to update, also bugs me that the tab order is no longer maintained. Just a complete mess. Way to mess it up Apple. And I'm on 18.1 Public Betas as well as 15.1 Public Betas and still broke.
