Beautiful

I think the new design is really beautiful.

2-factor authentication would be nice to have, but it has nothing to do with the design side of the site.

Is there a setting to change the colors, at least in Notes? I can see some limited options to change the colors of different Reminders, but not elsewhere.

Seriously, I can't wait for Apple bringing back shadows and gradients, followed by usability and taste. Let's give them about 5 years.... If that's the future of OS X, I need to go look for something else in the meantime…

C'mon, using some pseudo-fancy style of Helvetica and random icons doesn't make a user interface as expected from Apple...

How useless ... looks nice. But, they re-design the whole UI and couldn't even add threaded messaging in iCloud.com email

How about updating the app icons to match the rest of the design? I mean seriously the old app icons for Apple's office productivity suite look out of place. They really couldn't spend a few minutes to come up with something.

Apparently this one doesn't have parallax. Tried tilting my iMac to the right and the bubbles didn't move... :p

Juli Clover better change her password!!!

Looks good. The blurry circles in the background are a nice touch, and they almost make the icons look like they're coming toward you.

They still got gradients

Problem is half the time they like gradients, other half they like flat, their design language is all over the place. Compare Find my iPhone to Calendar

iCloud now crashes WebKit on my '12 rMBP…….
Works ok with Safari though.

I have been experiencing crashes on iCloud Beta before that too. I reported the bug today to the WebKit community.
Sitting on the latest WebKit

They used THE grid though ;)
But seriously, I couldn't agree more. Their design language is indeed all over the place. I'm still in disbelieve.
It must be that the graphic designers at Apple are all too afraid to speak up against Jony.

Seriously. It's obvious they didn't spend more than 10 minutes total on all the new iOS7 icons. Could it really have been that big a deal to spend another 1-2 minutes to lamify the iWork icons?

The iWork icons are probably already updated and will be released across iCloud, iOS, and OS X the second the OS X version of iWork is released (presumably along with Mavericks, which will be free for new hardware purchases).

Ive's Way or ...

Would it be better to let the user set background, colors, skeuomorphism, etc.?
I do like the Notes in yellow and with lines better.

Why is iCloud.com still slow and clunky to use? It's ironic that they changed the entire look and feel to look like iOS 7's cold, sterile, lifeless, uninspired and bland GUI, but they failed to change the one thing that desperately needed improving - performance.

AOL and Microsoft shouldn't have faster and more useable webmail options than Apple. Are they not using those huge data centers yet? Slowness aside, why can't they use whatever technology AOL is using for their web apps? Their webmail is fast, sleek and fluid (too bad I have no use for AOL).

It's just astounding that a company the size of Apple (and with incredible talent at hand) is unable to produce decent webmail apps - and they've been trying for years. iCloud isn't that much better than MobileMe, and that was positively awful.

Then there's the 'Delete' and 'Archive' icon. For some reason Apple thinks that you should only use one at a time (even though they each serve different functions). In my Inbox email is either archived, or deleted constantly toggling back and forth between the two icons. This is currently not possible with the 'new' iCloud.com.
