Not true. When I put together my theme I didn't have the masking file and the icons always came out exactly how they were.
if you use the icon method, it'll be square, but if you use the bundle method for app store apps, it should come out regularly
All i do is add it into the ssh file.
Care to explain the bundle method? Seems interesting
does anybody have this?

i'm just interested in these two icons, included in the bundle.

Ok... why can I not find this theme ?
Only sporadic icons ??
You need to go into the app's folder, var/mobile/Applications/xxxxxxxxxx/iMovie.app/ <--- here find and open the info.plist and change this line:I'm having a weird problem with a couple of my icons, specifically iMovie and Yelp, no matter what icon I use to replace the stock one they end up with this faded look to them, as can be seen in the images I uploaded. I'm guessing these icons automatically apply some sort of mask or something, but I'm not sure, I've seen others with custom Yelp and iMovie icons that don't have this problem so there has to be a way to fix this. The Yelp and Facebook icons are both from UPS Darkness yet as you can see the Yelp icon looks all faded..
I'd appreciate any help..![]()
You need to go into the app's folder, var/mobile/Applications/xxxxxxxxxx/iMovie.app/ <--- here find and open the info.plist and change this line:
<key>UIPrerenderedIcon</key>
<false/>
Change the "false" to "true". This will remove the glossy overlay.
Can easily be done on the phone with iFile.
