Idea for prepaid + unlocked iPhone

Take the 8GB 3GS, throw in the Retina Display, add FaceTime camera and iPhone 4 5MP camera and flash, sprinkle some A4 on top. Boom. $349 I'd buy it.
 
So you're basically saying that they should sell an 8GB iPhone 4 for $350.
Or did you specifically want the curved back 😕
