Read Steve's biography. Steve was obviously upset about Intel's processors way back in 2011. On page 493 of his biography, Steve Jobs said that Intel's graphics "suck", and that "we've been telling them [Intel] that for years."

Steve also said that Intel can't change. They're like a "steamship".
