Do you have LTE in your area? If so, slight advantage to the iPhone 5. therwise, they are basically the same phone.

If I have an iPhone 4s...is it worth going for the 5?

I would have held out
for the 5s but my 4s died a rather rapid death after getting wet and my early upgrade with AT&T came through, so I bought a 5 a month ago.
If I were the OP, I'd wait the 2-3 months for the 5s.
