Well, People have said that there's a possibility that it has already been approved, and Apple worked out a deal with them so they wouldn't release that info to the Public until they did on Monday.

Well, People have said that there's a possibility that it has already been approved, and Apple worked out a deal with them so they wouldn't release that info to the Public until they did on Monday.
this is just daft, how is anyone supposed to know, everyone can just speculate and make guesses.
Not to sound like one of the "i have a friend of a friend who's brother works at ATT", but there's a guy in my town that installs and runs a wireless internet service around the area.
He's got a bunch of contacts and one of them is a guy that works at the ATT in Utica, NY. Matt talked to him yesterday and he said that yes, the 3G iPhone is coming out tomorrow, and it will be ON SALE (they get their shipment tomorrow morning) at noon (in my area at least).
I consider Matt quite a reliable source (even if his internet isn't).
Just my 2 cent info...

Well, I called my local Apple store and they said they would have normal business hours 10am-9pm. I asked (not expecting any answer) if there were any big shipments expected that day and he simply replied, "I am not allowed to comment on future products, but I can say tomorrow will be a big day."
I have friend who has a brother, who is dating this girl who's dad is friends with the guy who knows this woman that heard the iPhone is going to be announced tomorrow.
And he would be right. I'm trying to get another Apple Store employee to confirm if this is true or not.
That employee wouldn't by any chance be the woman who knows the guy who's friends with the dad who's daughter is dating the friend's brother of citron230 by any chance?

The current version of iPhone have been unavailable for a month online and at Apple stores. I cannot see Apple delaying the release of v2 past this week(and continue to lose some $$). It will release by Friday the 13th at the latest.
On sale before announced, eh?
