I like both, so I'd have to say the MB gets the current keyboard, maybe an extra option for backlit (like $50 more or something). And the MBP should keep the old keyboard, I just like the feel of it (its more "pro-ish") compared to the cheap white plastic keys of the MB.
To the post with the mockup, I'd have to say the color scheme looks disgusting. the bezel is black, the keys are white and the case is silvery. bad color scheme, although design looks awesome.
yes, the color scheme looks awful - i just expect it to keep its current dimensions and stuff, including the keyboard (just add a backlight) - and the aluminum keys as well as casing. it wouldn't have the full out keyboard like the MBP but i like this type of keyboard. i just would love a backlight... what's more is how interesting it will be to see how they handle the issue of the Black'book. i mean, will they paint the aluminum a jet black, or will they add black trimming and just black keys (i would be disappointed if they did.)
i would personally want aluminum with a "black" coating over it - and then full out black body, black keyboard, etc... but i want the chicklet design.
furthermore i wonder what would happen if they chose to only make the black'book silver cased, and left the other macbooks the way they are - or if they kept the base model white, made the other model black, and then made the aluminum the price of the current black model.
