Regardless of the design, I'll choose black. I don't like how the display/sensors stand out in the white version.

I always had black iPhones up until the 4s and I went with the white just so it would be something different and not look exactly like the 4. That was a big mistake and Ive hated the white one. The edges get dirty if I don't use a case so I have to use at least a bumper. With the black iPhone 4 it looked brand new after 16 months without doing much. I'm going back to black for the new one. It will match my black iPad better too.

I've always preferred black iPhones. Have to admit though -- the white one isn't that bad.

Now I think im going to get the 5 in black because I love the slate color band and back but I'm still struggling with it because if I case it the only part that will be showing is the front and I prefer that in white......errr haha

Yeah! I have the same exact dilemma! I have a white 4S and love it, but the black back on the 5 is really sexy. However, I'll be putting a case on it and I'd much rather have a white front and I'll rarely see the back. I'm actually leaning towards white more since I know I really like the white front.

Every time I see photos of the black again though, I'm back to where I started.

Im still struggling but the look of these on the black iPhone 5 is really pushing me over the edge to just get black....but I know once mophie updates the juice pack and i put it on ill wish I got white haha.
