I'm gonna jump on here and say I got my 128 GB Matte Black 7+ today from my Verizon retail store. I was the only 7+ they have gotten in since release. You just gotta keep going and trying. They are out there albeit difficult to find.

One thing to note is that Target and BB I believe both charge more for the device if you want to buy it outright. Also Target does not offer the 256 Plus, however they sell the 256 regular 7, this makes ZERO sense to me.
