Remove the home button and give me a slightly bigger screen (don't want a bigger form factor). I always said "who cares" but so many of my friends have newer Android devices and that big screen is just awesome.
I would love a native speech to text not requiring an app, basically a microphone in the on the keyboard.
Thats one of the reasons to why I love the Droid phones. They have this feature, which is great while driving. It's safer.

That's because it's basically non-existent.Wow, people must really hate the notification system.
1. faster processor/ dual core processor
2. faster gpu
3. more ram
4. gorilla glass on the back
5. better scratch-proofing
stop coming out with a new phone every year.
Better notifications - including custom email and SMS tones.
