compressing and editing the gif i wanted to use as an avatar down to 19.5kb was.... lets just say challenging... anyway, I'm happy with the result

Phew...my iPhone forum surfing on EDGE is still safe. I think it came out quite well, even with the 85% reduction in file size. 🙂

It takes a while before it will let you upload the avatar for the first time. Try again in about a hour.
