[*]8MP camera that doesn't degrade photo quality
[*]Or, conversely, a 5MP camera that improves photo quality
[/LIST]

So you want either:

a) Bigger pictures with the same quality, or;
b) The same-sized [resolution] pictures with better quality?

Just (rudely) pointing out that you're asking for one of two separate things.

Yes, because I couldn't place a bullet within a bullet (bullet-ception?) which is why I clarified that in my post by using key words such as "or" and "conversely."

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)

The only reason I'm holding off on buying an iPhone at the moment is because I want my iPhone to replace my 64 GB iPod touch. I'm hoping for at least a 64GB iPhone to be released.

LED notification...I really the idea of the home button pulsing blue or white.

I'd really prefer not to increase screen size though...I like it the way it is. I'd be okay with 4" if they don't increase the size of the phone as well - edge to edge screen?

T-Mobile support would be great too, although it's not exactly an upgrade. Unlocking is a pain and the factory unlocked devices are painfully expensive

3.8" is all they can squeeze in, but I'd take it. I like the idea of the pulsing home button too.

There are plenty of radio apps in the App Store.

For me it has to be 4.5 screen :D

Radio apps that are steaming radio over packet data yes, that's not even close to a solution. I've tried several and it's not usable at all.

Loads of cheap mobiles have built in FM radio, I just don't get why iPhone can't have it too.

My thoughts exactly on the built-in FM. The closest thing I've found is 'Tune In Radio'. It'll hold me over for now.

Agreed. One of my dumb phones, and my other Android phones has real radios. Why couldn't the iPhone have it? I loved that feature on my iPod Nano (forgot what gen) too.

Diverted call notification: when someone calls your other phone(yes I have two, one is a company cell and the other private) which is diverted to the Apple one... I don't see any info that the call isn't directly to the iPhone. So actually I don't know which number is called...

Better battery. And by 'better' I mean a leap forward in battery technology. Not so much because I think the iPhone 4 has a bad battery. But because of all the possibilities that are opened up when battery conservation isn't an issue.

Again, i wholeheartedly agree on this point. This would be my main "want" to bring me back to the iphone!

Yes, that's the way to go, smaller iPhone, larger screen :D. I want a nano sized iPhone with an 10 inch screen. Why not just go for the max?

Better Battery.

I was reading a review of the EVO 3D on BGR and it talked about how the battery life was 4-5 hours on 4G and about a day on 3G. I know we won't see 4G on this iPhone but the next will probably have it. Can you imagine how crazy people will go with a 4-5 hour battery? I miss the dumbphone days when I could go 3-4 days withouth charging my phone. Don't get me wrong, I love and appreciate all the things an iPhone can do but I wish there were more research going into longer lasting and smaller batteries. I'd take a battery that last 3 - 4 times longer over a network that goes 3-4 times faster.
Only reason I want a better battery is so I can do all the cool stuff they advertise without turning off certain features so my battery isn't at 10% half way through the day! I've never had that happen but sometimes if I'm using the thing intensely I'll see the battery swiftly lower. Better too much battery life than too little!

Full Google Voice integration...
Because Google's support for Android has been slipping...wait...yeah not gonna happen...that would be sick though since I use them as the sole provider for my voice mail.
