No guarantee you'd not make the same mistakes again.

While I have a series of regrets in my life (who doesn't) they have made me who I am, for better or for worse. I'd not turn back the clock and start over.

I am content with what I've been blessed with.

You're glamorizing a time that was full of anything but hope. It was actually quite terrifying. People felt nuclear war was imminent and could happen at any time. People were afraid of the government and minorities were experiencing some seriously trying times. The 70s were full of uncertainties like the energy crisis, etc. I don't remember that period fondly at all.

Perhaps but I think I'd still like to experience it for myself, particularly the 60's. I'm sure there were some awful aspects but c'est la vie.

me, when i was seven and up in a barn haystack with the girl next door. i should have seized the moment.

Same album, many memories...Would want to wind back 6 months from there, but would need the knowledge I have now.

Is that allowed?

I believe so, I think that would be nice.

^^ Dammit! You stoled my idea. :D

I'd go back to a couple key moments in my life and slap myself silly for making stupid, stupid decisions.

Beat ya to it x)

I wouldn't. There no way I would want to go back to any time. Now is good.

Touché. You may be right ;)

I LOL'ed.

I like this thread.

Shows that I'm not the one who wishes he knew better and did better planning.
But after all, who cares?
I mean, if we made mistakes back then, mistakes which we wouldn't do today, it's because we didn't have the relevant info we have now.

Didn't have the info? It's not your fault.

Don't blame it on yourself, blame it on school/parents/boss/whatever if you have to.
