probably a Tilt. It's what my wife got because the iPhone does not meet her business needs as a physician (no UpToDate or Diagnosaurus for iPhone mainly). It seems pretty decent.

Would go with an HTC touch HD when it is launched. Will probably buy one anyway when it is released even though I do have an iPhone I need a phone that can be unlocked and tethers.

I would still be using my Motorola RAZR phone, and my laptop computer with WiFi. I used to use my laptop all the time - I'd have it in my car with me most of the time, and I'd just drive around until I got a WiFi connection, and I'd park my car. So yeah, I'd still have my RAZR. What got me to upgrade was the large screen with internet on the iPhone. Blackberry does not have the large screen, so I would NOT benefit from the Blackberry over my [previous] RAZR. I'd still be using my laptop for the internet if I had a Blackberry.
