If you had to choose between a new 5 & 5c,which would you choose for $99?

Considering some places i can get it for $49 plus a $50 gift card. But that's just a bonus.

5c - Its a no brainer. It has more LTE bands.

Comes down to how you like the look and feel of the phone.

Also if it's 100 then you are most likely getting it on contract, why don't you add 100 and get the 5s?

Depends on your priorities.

They are essentially the same except on a few things, the 5C is a little heavier and does not have a 64gb option. 5c has the sapphire lens cover and the casing is more rugged in general. If you are going to use iOS 7 it will most likely run smoother on the 5C. Battery life is also a little better on the 5C, id say if you dont mind the plastic and somewhat bulky feel of the 5c, it is probably the better option.

The iPhone 5 also had a sapphire lens cover, it was a touted feature during the iPhone 5 release last year.

I went to Walmart to look at the 5s & c and decided on the white c for $45.
My 1st white iPhone.Very happy after 2 days.
