iPhone XS If you had to get your iPhone XS/XS Max all over again, which color would you get?

The gold one is a cool color ... and wild, it seems to have an almost holographic glass on the back that shifts a little like a gradient to the ambient lighting. I've seen it in photos and vids shift anywhere from an identical gold to: copper, rose gold, khaki, cream, to close to a warm white.
Here I like it best... it has a more C3P0 look (CNET screenshot):

I like the silver but then I like the gold a little less than the silver. I usually buy silver or white for my phones until Rose Gold debuted and I was hooked on that color until Apple got rid of it with the X. If Apple came out with that color this year, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.
Yes, this time around that seems to be the only real difference, other than battery runtime.
I've always had black/space gray on my phones and decided to go with silver on my XS since I planned on using it without a case and fingerprints are much less noticeable on the white/silver finishes.
Well I've since started using an Apple silicone case and the only bit I see is the bottom. I had the space gray X and definitely wish I had gone with that color again. Like every other year, I'm telling myself I'm not upgrading this phone so hopefully I'll be stuck with this silver phone for at least another year.

Why? I Have the space gray iPhone X. And I want a gold iPhone specifically the gold iPhone XS
Google "XS Max Gold" or "XS gold" and just make sure you like what you see. It doesn't have one look.
It has maybe 8 looks depending on the lighting cause of the glass they used.
Then Google "Gold XS Max Cnet" and see a color most don't ever see that looks real gold in that lighting.
Some will love that it changes so much though, and they should be thrilled with their choice.

Normally I don’t like black iPhones and have been a silver/gold user since the beginning, but when I was issued a new work space grey iPhone 8 from my employer, I really enjoyed the look of the iPhone 8 caseless.
So when it was time for me to upgrade my personal iPhone, it was a no brainer to get the Xs Max in SG. And I still think it’s the best looking color out of the 3.

The bezels are the black regardless of the phone color. Not sure I get what you say.
Go to an Apple store and examine the display models. You won't be certain if all the models have been on the floor for an equal period of time, but they'll still give you an idea of how the phones reflect unbridled handling, if not borderline abusive handling.
Yeah you're right with the Xs! Funny, I didn't realize that till now. Was thinking 6s+ and 8+ (my previous phones). They are all black now. Thanks for the correction.
