I noticed the same thing.

After calling Spigen I was told that they print a shipping label and charge customers' credit cards well before the product is actually in stock at their facility. According to the rep, printing a shipping label triggers a shipment notification to their customers (even if the actual shipment isn't until days or weeks later). The case we ordered should show updates via the tracking # in 'Mid-October.'
 
I'm currently using the brown leather case and will switch to the spigen ultra hybrid in gray when that arrives for me.

I got the SPIGEN 5S Ultra Hybrid and a Poetic Atmosphere

This Spigen Ultra Hybrid case is a pretty good value, only issue is the bumper is opaque grey so can't see the gold trim of the 5S.

I also have a Poetic Atmosphere which is frosted clear (less prone to scratching then clear plastic). The only issue is the front pops edge bubbles on screen protector.

been looking at this case. What do the sides feel like? Is it soft as advertised? and how clear is it?

Looking for a crystal clear case. I hate covering the gold.

Really wish someone had a clear silicone type case.

I have a space gray, but a friend of mine with a gold iPhone bought the frost Caudabe Veil for his and it looks killer. The case itself is super thin and complements the light gold of the phone well.
 
I don't have a gold one, but I I've been using the cygnett clear polygon ultra thin on my 5s. It's wicked thin and it was only $7 bucks at Fry's.

I have been trying a ton of cases on my iPhone 5S Gold but as of right now my top picks are the official apple iPhone 5S Leather Case in Black & Red, the Spigen Neo Hybrid and to show off the back of my iPhone the updated and improved Belkin Grip Candy Sheer which now comes in a lightly frosted back with Blue and Pink bumpers. This updated case by Belkin is not yet listed on their website and I can not seem to find it anywhere except where I bought mine (Target) for $24.99. I am hoping once these become available in wider distribution they may have other bumper colors available. Gotta say this is probably my favorite clear back case as it does not show fingerprints or any signs of wear/scratches like a hard polycarb shell would.

I got my wife the Luvvitt Clearview case for her Gold 5S that a few others have mentioned in this thread - its great.

Crystal clear back, and clear TPU edges so you have a little grip and bumper protection. Also provides protection if the phone lands face down - little bit of a raised edge to protect the face of the phone.

I also had a friend with the Caudabe Veil on his gold iPhone. Looks great. That case is so ridiculously thin. I'm too klutzy for it, but I have to admit it looks awesome.
 
I really am more concerned against the screen shattering due to a drop than scratches here and there.....do those ultra slim cases / bumpers really offer much screen protection?

Very nice! How is this case "improved" over their first Grip Candy Sheers? Is it structurally different from previous ones? Or is it just new colors (i.e. clear/blue)?

EDIT: I just watched your review. The improvement is the more open cutouts on the bottom. I actually like the way the old cutouts look.

How did this come out? Kinda hard to match the gold.... Surprised my sony qx10 was a perfect match.. I have a element ronin bronze and it looks better than the gold... Had the black ops on my black iPhone 5 but not I'm trying to find the best element case for the gold iphone 5s
