Assuming I will have both by launch, I will install the Zagg Invisible Shield.
Apparently it takes a while so after I do that I will attempt to activate. :D

That is the main reason I opted to have mine shipped to work, I will get to it ASAP and have it activated on my Laptop. If I had it shipped to home I'd be doing it when every other sucker gets theirs in the evening.

It is pretty much a given that the servers will be down that day

Not a chance in hell either AT&T or Apple will be prepared for it.

Everything will go down and 25th will turn into the exact same day.

I am guessing it will take through the weekend at least until the servers are at normal load. The only saving grace is that once stock runs out there won't be anymore phones to activate (until Jul 2) and a lot will end up on ebay and won't be activated right away.

I think I might just unbox it, and try to activate right away. If I can't on the first try, I'll just take a bajillion photos of it. :D And try to activate in the middle of the night.

I don't think It'll be that bad for me. My Apple store is in NYC but its a Staten Island mall. The Apple stores in the city itself are a whole different story...or so I hope. I figure if I get there at 6:30 or so I'll be outta there by 9 or 10am the latest. Still alot earlier than if I had to wait for Fed Ex. Plus, I'm gonna be at the Met/Detroit game that night and will be leaving my house around 4:30 and wanna make sure I have it. Gotta record David Wright in 720 HD! lol

Newsflash: Wright looks terrible in any resolution.
