Oh and I nearly forgot, I would offer 3 year AppleCare standard on all Mac Pro's, Macbook Pro's, Macbook Air's, 24" iMacs and Cinema Displays. I would also offer a platinum AppleCare service, that not only extended coverage to 5 years, but offered next day on site repair plus accidental damage.

A lot of these seem pretty lame.

If I were to see some things happen: The MBA needs to become more uniform with the rest of the notebook line, the original iPod should be phased out, the capacities on the rest of the iPods should be increased and the specs of laptops should be gradually increased so as to separate them from the old laptops (Particularly new MBP vs. old MBP) in more than just looks.

If I was the CEO of Apple, I would:

iTV(AppleTV):
1) Add full out-of-the-box support with boxee, hence the "i" for internet TV, which is the main thing people want. Internet streaming would be vital to save the Apple TV.
2) Add TV show rentals. TV shows are great from apple, but I think that there would be a vastly larger number of people if they were $0.69 for SD rentals, and $0.99 for HD rentals. Then, within the 24 hour viewing period, you could buy the episode for $1.49 for SD, and $2.19 for HD. This would trick most people to feel they got a good deal for their show(most people prefer paying in small increments that adds up to a larger amount, makes them feel like it was a better deal).
3) Add DVD player into model A, Blu-Ray in model B
4) Sell a FireWire based add-on for a TV tuner and cable-cards.
5) Make it a gaming platform. With Apple pushing the iPod Touch as a gaming device, they would be recognized for making one for the TV. They could then have an iTV App Store, which brings them truckloads of money.
Have a great remote, possibly like the Wiis remote(I'm sure Apple would need to buy permission for this from Nintendo), but with a wifi connection, and use of accelerometers. Maybe have a touch screen for individual app use, and a click wheel looking like the current Apple Remote.
PRICE: Model A@$319(250GB@7200rpm), Model B@$419(500GB@7200rpm)

Mac:
Mac Mini: Dead. In its place: Mac Cube:
1) Fully expandable, 7" cube, 2 2.5" HDD bays.

Price: $599___________/ $999______________/ $1799

iMac: Make a matte option.

Mac Pro: nothing

MacBook: Add different colors and better screens in higher end model. Add 17" pro battery tech, but in removable battery(add battery to MBP as well).

MacBook Air: Make casing out of carbon fiber, shrink the bezel, make bezel black, add new trackpad.

iPod/iPhone: make thinner, larger capacities, and kill "classic".

But the fact I would do those things are why I'll never be the CEO of a big company:p Are any of my ideas likely? Would they make money? What do you think?

And suspend the cube in a nice glass enclosure, a la G4 Cube. I'd pay quite a bit for that.
