I wouldn’t have gone with the silver if the front was white. I like the silver back and silver stainless rim. I think it may hold up better over time. Scratches on silver back will be less noticeable and the stainless rim will be able to be polished similar to the Apple Watch SS. I would be afraid the space gray coating on the rim would chip or scratch. I don’t think it was specified to be a dlc coating like the space black watch.

I can't be the only one that loved white bezels.

I've had several black bezeled iPhones when white version available, and thats because

iPhone 4: White version was not available months after the launch and I couldn't wait

iPhone 5s: Gold and white were both not available when I waited in line leaving only space gray.

iPhone 7Plus: Because...jet black looks sexier.

Every other iPhone I've owned is either with white bezel or that the black bezel would be the only option.

I pre ordered the space gray but the silver is growing on me. I think it looks sleeker. The space gray would look great if it’s true black. I guess next year Apple will release a black version

Don't care for white on the front of the phone, so I'd switch my choice to gray.
