He stole the name of one of the most profiled and talked about posters here at MR and are currently in full spambot mode, making only partly funny comments to every thread available (at least Lacero had a good grasp of sarcasm, although harsh at times). That should qualify him for some bashing, or what...?![]()

As soon as you call someone over to help solve your problem, the problem ceases to exist. Sometimes it goes away permanently, and other times it just waits for them to leave before it comes back. Took it into the Apple Store and it would not reproduce what it was doing, so I talked them into keeping it, and five minutes after I left it did it for them.
As an FYI, the "half start up chime" is called a "half-post." Evidently, the tech geekx call the chime a post.
The ordered a new logic board and two new processors. Hopefully it will be done by the end of the week. *fingers crossed*

I would be very very veryif I were you. Don't even give them another chance, just demand a replacement.

I'm giving them one more chance, but I will tell them that this is the last time I am bringing it in. If it isn't completely flawless when I pick it up, I'm bringing it back for something new. I'm losing a ton of money every time I bring this thing in.
Sorry for the rant, this is just getting old.![]()
