I have a friend at work who has an HTC, which I tease him about. It is his first smart Phone, and he constantly tells me all that the phone can do. But when I ask him to show me, he can't figure it out. It is not that user friendly. :eek:

Lol :D
It can do this and that and the other. But I cant show you right now cause its a pain to actually try to do it:D

No problem here with my EVO, smooth as butter, fast, and my battery last ALLLLL day with wifi and bluetooth on. I always want to know what phones people are using, because I just dont get people calling it sluggish and non responsive??

I have a Droid 2 and it is always fast and responsive. I can also make it through a day without charging unless I start really playing with it and keep it up for a couple hours straight. I must be one of the lucky ones and so are most of the people over on the Android message boards.

Truly I only envy other phones for their network. For me, the iPhone would be the perfect phone if not for AT&T's coverage in my area.

I live in an area of 2-4 bars of 3G service on my IP4. Admittedly, the IP4 is much better than the 3G was. At the same time, anytime I walk into a grocery store or any other of a long list of buildings, I drop to 1 bar of Edge to a flatlined signal.

This week I have spent up in the mountains of Colorado. My brother-in-law has an Evo and has had 3G service the whole time we have been up here. Speedtests have been 5Mbps+ down and 3.5 up. My iPhone 4 has had a very very very SLOW Edge signal everywhere around here.

I really envied him this week, particularly with the free tethering (though jailbroken with MyWi, it's still difficult to swallow the horrible connection speeds, especially since the Evo tethering app is so far advanced from the iPhone one). It really makes me want to go Sprint. For me, I'll see what happens in the next year or so when 4G rollouts begin to occur widely.

:eek: welcome back:confused:
:rolleyes::D:cool:

It's too bad you don't live in a good coverage area. In the Springs coverage is generally good. I can stream Pandora while driving all over the city with no dropouts. The network is also a lot faster than Verizon's. I mean, at least twice as fast in real world terms. It's almost as fast as my home DSL with regard to web browsing.
