Its really ridiculous, now we know why its cheaper than 1st gen

I'm on my 3rd iphone. And so far, its almost perfect.

1st phone had a bad accelerometer
2nd phone had 2 stuck pixels, dust, light leak, and the LCD was off center to the right (all the way against the glass were the black starts)
3rd seems almost perfect, the screen almost looks like the 1st gen, no yellow tint at all. So i know that the yellow screen issue is definitely another quality problem or else all three phones would have been yellow. This one has the more "blue" look to it.

I wish i had another iphone to compare the screen to, because it definitely has the darker "blueish" tint to it. Just about looks exactly like the itouch, or 1st gen iphone.

For me, 3rd time is the charm! :p (I'm loving it now, MUCH better than my WM phone)

Don't get me wrong, they're still better than most, but thats not saying much.

I myself couldn't care less. I bought a computer to work, if it cracks or turns yellow, or the palmrests turn shiny, I don't care, as long as it does not prevent me from using my computer. It just shows my Mac is well loved.

Although that logic works for me for a guitar, I don't really think I'd want to use a cracked, chipped, yellowing computer :p! Still though, a lot of the issues people report with their phones are pretty small defects, and probably in most cases don't actually warrant replacement. In fact, lesser companies probably wouldn't give you a replacement for most of the issues people are having.
