I recommend modifying the main imac firmware with EnableGop. This will activate bootscreen so you can see bootpicker and see where the system freezes during the OS install. I used EnableGop_1.4.ffs with UEFItool v0.25.1 following the step Instruction: Look at section Using UEFITool. While you are doing this, do some of m0bil's firmware mods. You will not regret it. It will make future modifications and software installs much easier.
Good day. I still haven't gotten anywhere, just a black screen... (I replaced the motherboard, various HP and Dell vBios, and patched the BIOS as recommended by you. Even artificial intelligence proved ineffective and said goodbye to me.) Is the T1000 AdLink really that hopeless? There are examples of successful builds. Let me know what I might have missed (I tried a clean Windows installation).

I’ve also purchased and tested the AdLink T1000 MXM graphics card. All AdLink MXM graphics cards are industrial control cards that lack EDP output; the hardware does not support display on the built-in screen. For industrial equipment that doesn’t require EDP output, they use DP or HDMI display outputs.

Whether on an iMac MXM or on Windows PCs like Dell or HP laptops that support MXM graphics cards, the built-in display will not work. In theory, an external monitor should work.

You can also try connecting an external monitor via the Mini DisplayPort on the iMac 12,2 model to test it out.

EDIT:

Thanks to @galeon34 that sent me a vrom edited by @m0bil for the m2000m, I was able to get super performances out of my card, it was able to get at P0 performance, so it's amazing.

It's not my rom to share, but I think anyone with a Quadro M2000M card would want this ROM instead of the. one linked in OP
Hi, do you still have that rom? @m0bil , are you ok with posting the P0-able rom for the M2000M by any chance? Thanks.

Thank you, you've saved me a lot of headaches. A negative experience is still experience. Maybe you could suggest a next step that guarantees 100% performance (like the P4200 or your other recommendations): making the Mak12.2 as simple and reliable as a Kalashnikov assault rifle, exclusively for Windows.
