iMac(mid 2007) won't boot

Okay thanks. What temps should I be concerned about? Should I hear the fan sometimes on the imac? Will it sometimes kick into high?

If the CPU gets above 190F, then it would be time to be worried. The fans will spin faster if it does get that hot.
